酒店是开业不太久的新店，一楼大厅，九楼餐厅，负一楼有专门的停车位，在前台找服务员拿停车票就可免费出车库了。房间内干净整洁，窗帘开关都是电动的，一洗澡卫生间就响起了音乐，房间内还送了2瓶农夫山泉水。早餐中规中炬的，有牛肉面和杂酱面，总体上吃饱没问题。???

酒店环境不错，房间卫生打扫不彻底，不知道床单被套换没有，床单顶上有一根很短很短的男式头发……然后我让服务员换但是只换了被套，没有换床单！打扫卫生态度好，但是落实率太低，卫生跟不上高档酒店的质量！其他的还好，早餐自助餐！还有一点不太满意，不可以添枕头……

2月6日下午2点预定，从重庆出发去内江，结果上高速不到20分钟孩子呕吐不止，2点20打电话询问是否能取消，打了无数次电话详细说明原因后，结果艺龙推脱，铂涛集团总部也推脱，各种借口说不能取消。预定也就20分钟时间，完全不耽误再次他们销售房型，最后我们也没去入住，因为孩子身体原因回重庆家里了。通过此次事件可以看出艺龙和铂涛办事方式多么无人情！！简直一生黑！！！也警醒各位网友在用艺龙时或者预定这家酒店时请三思！！
