没有独立的餐厅有点影响，酒店才开业不久，客观说还有点专修味道，特别是电梯，地下停车场还没弄好，停车有点受影响，但酒店设施不错，在资中相对算很不错的了，就看酒店怎么定位了。

山水S酒店的环境还不错，一进房间就有音乐播放也可以随意更换，房间空调效果很好，整体装饰挺好看的。但是没有消费产品，建议可以设立消费型产品。
