总体来说设施和服务都不错。餐厅就结账时，收银员一直忙于自己的私事，耍手机戴美瞳聊天。不知道是不是关系户才如此拽。后面幸好主管徐丽出来帮助解决问题。表示感谢。本来很好入住体验因为此人弄的特别糟糕，希望能处理此员工。

此酒店设施应该算很不错.服务人员有礼貌，接待前台感觉人员业务不熟悉。一位穿西装的女士，态度好业务.前台提前吧卡预授完成，造成餐厅没法一起结账。因为着急赶回成都，用现金买了餐费。后想起返回餐厅要求刷卡。收银员一面摆弄自己新买的美瞳，在我一再陈述错误原因，也有酒店的原因时。她只冷冷回一句：不行。餐厅主管徐丽耐心询问后，要求财务进行了刷卡。酒店不仅靠硬件设施，还需要服务人员的素质
