酒店大堂在7楼，楼下标识不明显；酒店豪华房应该和行政房差不多，只是价格不同；行政房内有大楼结构柱，占了较大地方，显得房间里很小；前台人员服务态度不热情，没有微笑；房间内消费不能开票计到房费里。
