现在半夜两点过，本人23点入住7002豪华套房，一直被七楼上面的锅炉轰鸣声和钢条抖动的声音吵得无法入睡，给前台打电话要求换一间房并且不在乎是否还是豪华套房，只求能安静的休息一晚，却被告知24点以后换房要产生费用，他们考虑的是房费问题，不是考虑的住店客人是否能舒服的睡一个好觉，连客人一个如此简单的要求都无法满足，对于该酒店处理问题的方法本人持保留意见，就当丢了三百多块钱

酒店还是不错，但是这个价位在威远这个地方来说价格感觉还是偏高些，特别是早饭，不怎么样，没啥吃的，服务员态度还是不错。
