完全没有四星级的体验，假的一匹！房间很小，电视很老旧，房间到处都是玻璃~我在泸州住三星级的下午人家专门送来了果汁和水果，服务特好，因为吃宵夜被子边角有底上了油罚我20污渍处理费，房间里没有任何提示说不能抽烟，也没有说请注意勿将烟头乱扔，然后第二天退房客服说毛毯上面有烟头造成了毛毯的磨损要罚200元，我顿时火气上来了，毛毯又不是新的刚铺的怎么就说都是我弄的？客服全程没有微笑就说您不满意请上去检查下吧，我知道自己抽了烟也不是本地人，就算闹半天也得赔😂😂 垃圾酒店！真的真的别住早餐也垃圾
