  location was great, the hotel itself was comfortable. The room were big enough both bedroom and bathroom. will stay here again when in NYC.

  房间很乾净，床和枕头都很舒服。在纽约时代广场附近算是比较大的了。地段交通便利，一楼的receptionist很热情，每次进出都微笑打招呼，还能记得以前住过。房间里没有水，提醒自己外面买水带进去。

  I had an excellent stay at Crowne Plaza NY36. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located, making it very convenient for getting around New York City. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the staff, especially Gurmey. Gurmey was incredibly efficient, professional, and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile and ensuring everything ran smoothly during my stay. This level of service made a big difference and truly enhanced my experience. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.
