The staff was very nice and accommodating. Although the rooms were small there was everything you could possibly need in this hotel and it was very clean!

Staff was very friendly. Hotel is smaller than average but good for the area in NYC. Room had some wear and tear. Under the beds need dusting. Room floors might need a deep clear or resurface.
Towels were commendable.
Overall for a small hotel served our needs to attend a track meet at the Armory. Cannot beat the short walk.

Wir waren für 5 N?chte im Edge Hotel und k?nnen es jeden weiter empfehlen, der nicht direkt am Times Square im Hotel übernachten will. Die Subway ist 4 Gehminuten entfernt, mit der man problemlos in die verschiedenen Stadtteile kommt.
Die Mitarbeiter waren alle super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer hatte eine optimale Gr??e und war nicht zu klein und wir hatten eine super Aussicht. Die Gegend hat auch nachts einen sicheren Eindruck gemacht. Alles in allem kann ich dieses Hotel nur weiter empfehlen und wenn wir wieder in New York sein sollten, werden wir uns wieder für dieses Hotel entscheiden.

Je recommande fortement cet h?tel ! Quartier sur, avec l’entree du métro à 2minutes à pied ! Qui vous permet de desservir tout New York et qui fonctionne 24h/24, le personnel adorable, chambre propre, bien insonorisé, jolie vue des chambres, rideaux très occultant je vous recommande

Staff were very friendly. Very convenient to the subway line. Room was clean and bed was comfortable, though small. The hotel doesn’t have any central hangout spaces or a restaurant. Some gems in the neighborhood for food and coffee. Arrived at 9:30 on the first evening and did feel uncomfortable walking to the hotel alone though it was a short walk. Would likely stay again, though cost when I visited was far higher than I would expect for what it was.

Friendly, welcoming staff. The room was so clean. Small food items available to purchase at the office like milk for your coffee or tea. In the basement is a nice community room with a TV, tables, microwave, paper plates, cups and plasticware.
Very comfortable bed & temperature & had a great view of midtown from our 10th floor room. The many restaurants nearby are very reasonable with great breakfast or lunch sandwiches and some restaurants had very good early bird specials. The # 1 subway train is just 2 blocks away. About a 25 minute ride to get to Midtown. Can get a senior OMNY card right at the 168th St. Station with a drivers license. When returning evenings, took a cab. Office staff gave us local # for a cab to the airport. Much more expensive on a weekday than weekend. We will definitely return when back in NYC.

Front office staff is very good, efficient, most helpful
Knowledgeable and friendly.
Maid service is excellent. Very clean room and bath ! Very important to me.
Manager George was very helpful to me.
Will return many times as I will be visiting family in Inwood.
