网上预定的，到店才知道没有浴盆，又加了100元换房间，下水不畅，工作人员到场维修还是不行，又换房间，折腾两个小时才安顿下来，服务不错，早餐就不提了

酒店的环境和服务俱佳，前台的工作人员很热情，外卖都是由服务员送上来，不用自己下去取很方便，来宁波游玩询问路线，前台的工作人员都很热情的帮我们查询，早餐很丰富，女朋友说很好吃哈哈哈！！性价比很高，服务也非常到位，下次来首选这个酒店?
