一直都喜欢这酒店，所有员工都非常有礼。从你入住登记开始，一直都很亲切有礼的跟你沟通，晚上一男一女前台服务员给你送水果、甜汤。有一点很值得表扬，早餐吃完离开时服务员跟我说X先生走好，说明当你进来报房号的时候，他们会先翻看然后记下你姓氏，当你吃完离开时给你一句亲切的问候。但这次有一点让我很不开心，入住时问清楚是cctv5频道能看到世界杯直播赛事的，但到了赛事开始前30分钟变成停止运作，12点比赛刚结束时又可以收看，是故意的？
