此酒店徒有华丽的外表和貌似豪华的装潢，其实房间很小，卫生间设施不好，我信有间抽水马桶坏的，后修了结果水箱里进的是热水，差点烫着。服务指南上写着免费提供万能充，充电转换器等，结果要了两天都没有，结账时更是慢得不行。金玉其外啊，绝对与价格不匹配！

一个字差，两个字很差，三个字就不说了。早上结账时说我消费两瓶矿泉水，但是我进房间时就明明只有一瓶，真是无语。后来艺龙反馈说酒店告诉他们说没有入住。前台的人员素质有待提高。以后无论如何是不会去住了。
