卫生一般，墙上都是污渍，续住多要两瓶水也不行，说每天规定就给两瓶，行，外边我自己买不差你这俩水，临退房前打电话提醒没错，最后来一句超时一分钟按一小时算噢，贼不爽，要不是离医院最近，不会住这

在火车站附近，挺方便，走过去有点远，不想走路就打车过去，酒店是开的时间挺长的那种 卫生挺干净，房间也挺大。

Close to everthing.. just walking distant to large shopping mall, where food and other shopping experience is avaiable.

距离火车站比较近，走路差不多十分钟，走三分钟就是复悦城，边上一圈都是各类店铺，买东西吃饭都方便。酒店属于闹中取静，房间设施齐全，晚上很安静，可能周围房间没人或者客人较文明吧。以后来宁波应该还会考虑入住。

就我和家人的感受聊聊
?缺点:
1、携程上团购的不含双早，单独付款2人的早餐费需要50元，太坑了，就几样东西，对比外面的快餐店了50元可以吃挺多量的食物了。不推荐！！！避免入坑???！！！
第二天发现携程上这家酒店有含双早的大床房，居然价格才比我不含双早的贵10元，太不友好了，协商也不给我更换含双早的。无语=_=
2、酒店通风性一般，窗户打不全开，这点不好。
?优点:
1、距离火车站比较近，溜达800～900米。
2、距离老外滩、天一阁博物馆都比较近。
