经常来宁波出差，宁波两家希尔顿欢朋?，这家更新一点地理位置非常好。附近就是三个商区。最近朋友国外回来打算还订这家。?前台?小蕊和小7态度友好让人有宾至如归的感觉。打扫阿姨也是很快落实解决我的问题

前台小施服务热情周到，主动升级房型还详细介绍了周边景点，客房响应迅速，夜床服务贴心，遇到问题立刻解决，真正做到了宾至如归。
酒店大堂有免费的茶和小饼乾，B1比较方便停车。酒店后面就有一个嗨呗广场，里面有星巴克和小餐馆。
这个酒店总体不错，值得推荐！

Hotel stay was pleasant .
We had initialy received a wrong room ,that was rectified after our trip back to a Hotel reception .
Room was clean ,and in good shape .
Breakfast should have more options regardong to hot bavarages .

Staff are extremely helpful, honest, and patient to assist foreigners especially dealing with online purchase and registration.
We travelled in a group from Malaysia, booked 5 rooms and stayed 2 nights, I was told the hotel has just been renovated and upgraded mid of 2025.
We got the trip.com rate about USD55 for winter season, very satisfactory with the price , service, breakfast, welcome cookies and drink at lobby.

整体入住体验很不错 入住时前台露露贴心告知了周边的美食和景点。房间隔音效果绝了，完全听不到楼道的声音，安安静静的太适合放松了。衞生死角都打扫得乾乾净净，洁癖星人表示极度舒适！
