酒店在客运中心内，距离游玩的松兰山沙滩开车10公里，周边也有些海鲜大排档，房间比较紧凑，设施一般。网上下单两间大床房，前台说只有一间，免费升了一间，后面发现是光升了楼层而已，空间反而更小。最要说的是服务，前台办理入住没有给早餐券，服务员还要我们自己下楼去确认清楚，后面查清单找到我们的名字才算，喝牛奶的杯子有裂缝，也说是我们搞坏的，好晕啊，牛奶是冷的，怎么会裂?!以后餐具用之前一定要看清楚。酒店的空调有很大的异味，根本不像是今年才装修好开的。总之，这次开元给我的印象很差。
