设施差，硬装粗糙，白色墙体灯光冷清，不是集中热水，具体如下。1.洗手台，门后瓷砖，全身镜都还有明显装修污垢。2.墙面只是白墙漆，靠卫生间门口腐烂剥落。3.浴室暖通开关是滑盖试，夹在中央空调和浴室开关中间，完全没考虑怎么方便打开操作。4.肥皂托盘上明显污垢。

很少给低分，真的很糟心。网上订了两天的房，入住时不告诉我我的房间后面被预订出去了，行程都是按能续住安排的。我还问了怎么续住，前台告诉我直接每天续就行，价格和网上订的一样。住了两天以后，第三天晚上，我回酒店以后续住第三晚的，这时依然没有告诉我明天不能续住因为房间被订出去了。我突然说直接续两天的吧，这时前台才告诉我房间不能续被定出去了。只能换标间和另一个好点的大床房，标间价格我不知道，另一个大床房我当时网上预订时看了是278，告诉我要换就是388，涨得如此之多。有3点：1.房费涨是一个问题，2.让我更难受的是我需要收拾东西换房，我对此很不适应。3.最重要的疑问，我每天都是一大早出门，请问如果我今天没有多嘴问一句想续住两天，你们明天中午准备怎么做，是直接把我留在房间的东西扔出去吗！！！！很奇葩的酒店！！不会再来！！！！

酒店位置有点偏，但周围小吃店不少，也很方便。大堂在大厦旁边而不是正面，需要拖着行李走一小段。房间超大，设施也不错，性价比非常好，离慈城古镇很近，住得很舒适。不过门卡只能做一张真是很奇怪。
