本来3楼由于带90多岁父母游宁波，老人洗澡没有坐的地方不方便，第二天帮我们换到四楼家庭套房，有老人坐的洗澡地方，洗脸池，马桶边都有扶手。很贴心。早餐38元的也很丰盛，咖啡，豆浆，冰牛奶配各式坚果麦片都有。

早餐不错 条件很好经济型的 位置是真的很好！！！服务态度也很好！如果不住豪华型酒店（周边有不少）的话 选holiday inn是很不错的

酒店硬件很好，新！住的很舒服。而且靠近天一广场和城隍庙，交通便利，周围吃的东西很多。和旁边的皇冠比起来，性价比超高。

酒店工作人员否非常的有礼貌，总是非常的专业，对我也特别的礼貌，酒店位置也特别方便，离我出差的地方很近，性比价高，以前住的差不多价位的，这家明显好了很多，酒店设施都还看起来比较新，没那么陈旧，总的来说，这次的出行还是很满意的。
