总体还是满意的吧，国庆节价钱算是便宜了所以特地跑北仑这么远来住，而且还有双份早餐送的哦。所以多跑半小时的车程来住我觉得也是划算的。设施都是齐全的，该有的设施也都有了就是设施有点旧了，可能是时间长了吧，不过毕竟便宜所以能接受。

设施比较旧了，卫生倒是比较干净。位置很好，在华山路和新大路交叉路口，属于北仑老城区，生活便利，但离地铁稍远。
