出差来宁波人生地不熟，通过艺龙旅行网订的酒店，评论很高就前来，刚进酒店前台Ti?an就让客人感觉到五星酒店的服务，在入住到离开酒店的过程中服务已超出一般的五星酒店，酒店设施设备很齐全、干净、很安静。

酒店开业不久，一切设施设备都是崭新的，但是是两年前装修的，没有任何气味，可以放心入住。酒店所有服务人员应该是经过专业培训，服务态度和服务水平都非常不错。Tina和Cissi两位美眉态度非常亲和，由于有三人入住，韩志远经理还帮我们申请增加了一份早餐，非常感谢！早餐厅环境也典雅，早餐种类丰富，总之，本次入住体验是美好的享受，下次来宁波旅游还会选择入住和颐。

很棒的酒店！！性价比很高又很新！特别表扬一下前台Cisili Liu！呆萌可爱服务态度好～还送早餐和水果（虽然前台小哥哥来送水果时我拒绝了）。真的是很好很舒适！
