先没预定直接去前台问大床房多少钱，被告知没有房了，只有一间要500多。携程看还有房405元，告诉前台为什么携程还可以订，前台答你订不了了，我们已经关闭预定。你付了钱还要退款很麻烦。不信邪，果断自己携程订房付款。后，前台告诉我说先别付，他看看是否还能想办法一样价钱保留房给我。可我已经付款，10分钟后，被前台告知可以办理入住了。很明显，想坑人多收钱，酒店的早餐很差。房间连个桌子都没有，配上这样的前台服务，我只能说再也不会去。收了四星级~五星级的价钱，提供了没星级的服务。
