差评！
1、押金是信用卡授权，离店就直接交房卡走了。过了一段时间收到手机短信，扣费38元，我电话前台，说我用了安全套（我没用过，且安全套原封不动在床头柜显眼位置，说明酒店查房不仔细）。
2、与前台小哥电话沟通如何退费，一开始让我加他微信转账，我同意。我说我的电话在通话（手上没笔纸），你用的是固定电话，可否前台你用你微信加我，前台没同意，非得让我去前台取。
3、电话沟通时我已经在万达广场内，于是我再上车折回酒店。到了前台，你一个短发的脸略胖的小哥，点了下钱放台面就完了！你不觉得你代表酒店应该说句抱歉嘛？你觉得你递钱的方式对吗？
总结：该酒店在服务及其管理上存在的问题，让我作为客户体验不好，我以后应该不会再选择柏宁品牌的任何酒店。
