酒店硬件设施不错，地理环境好，就在威斯汀酒店后面，楼外没有牌子，第一次去会不大好找，房间有落地窗，晚上可以看夜景，周边吃的选择很多，附近有大型超市，地铁站不远，交通也很方便，性价比不错

房间挺好的，装修风格简单清爽，也还算宽敞，位置刚好在天一旁边！设施也比较齐全，有洗衣机微波炉冰箱电磁炉等等，酒店在九楼视野也很不错，对得起这个价位！门就是银泰百货，逛街，吃饭都很方便。地铁口很近，出行方便。下次还来这里。

环境非常的好，价格也很实惠，住在天一真的是太棒了，白天逛逛天一！晚上吃周边的美味，再去看看天一的夜景！回来步行只需要几分钟，简直太方便了，下次过来玩，还住这里了。

本来定的同一个大楼的 优宿酒店 我用驾照登记入住 不给入住，拿出护照也不给入住，港澳通行证也不行，(我身份证拿去工商局办事情去了 没带身上) 他们只接受身份证，，且态度不好，说话生硬，搞得我很气愤，拍他们工号计划投诉，酒店前台和那个女经理竟然说随便，她有权不欢迎我入住，随便我去哪里投诉……，无奈，我致电艺龙申请退房退款。 改订了柏澜酒店，酒店配置一样的 都是公寓房 柏澜接受驾照入住，建议不要去那个牛x哄哄优宿。
