房间很差，马桶易堵，没地儿吃饭，蜘蛛结网，类老鼠屎在房间。地方还是宽敞的，就是装修太差太差，太老，太旧，太落后。回到了90年代的豪华装修。

总的来说还是比较满意的，就是在房间的打扫服务还有欠缺，服务员只打扫卫生间，并不打扫房间，我们房间的床都没重新铺过，这方面有待改进。像这种服务是无法凭星级的。

距离东钱湖比较近，总体还行，周边环境比较好，有山有水，房间也就三星+水平了，早餐是自助式的，但东西不多，希望以后这方面能改进！

别墅环境不错，四床房很大，也很实惠。就是上网不方便，才能上网。不过服务员态度很好，一次次解决。别墅里没有自动麻将台，还是要手动，有待提高。
