酒店位置很好面东钱湖边上，价格比其他新建的酒店便宜。很实惠！就是酒店的房间为了全部面湖就建得比较深，晚上一个人走会害怕。
酒店的装修比较老，最不能接受的就是地毯比较DIRTY,希望酒店改进！服务还可以了。
ELONG在订这家还是有实力的，我们入住当天是他们酒店接待包场大客户的，但是对我们从ELONG处确认的订单还是认真解决，虽然其中一间房安排了比我们预定时贵了几十元钱。但是我们还是满意的。希望ELONG再接再厉！

248的房间太差了 厕所顶上发霉 顶上的板都翘起来 地毯都是黑黑的 床单破的 空调出风口还有蜘蛛网 后来换了298的 马马虎虎可以住 服务员态度蛮好值得表扬 听说在造五星酒店 旧的要拆了 所以房间比较破

比较老的酒店，宾馆靠近东钱湖外景不错，内部装修好像是很久以前了。有点痛苦的是在入住那天宁波低于10度的情况下，再三催促下宾馆才开的空调，可是开了房间里还是感觉不到温暖。

+可怕的地狱!只能怪自己不小心，具体参考其他网友点评。门上还有黑寡妇。强列要求艺龙不要给评分不足4分的提供信用卡担保,低于3分
