真不知道酒店老板雇的是怎样一帮子人，为了省人工费吗？位置偏也就算了，地皮费用在那摆着，设备设施还算不错。但是服务员毫无服务意识就是管理层的不对了，给人感觉象个傲慢的主人对待客人一样，让人一点也没有回“家”的感觉。当然也许是我的要求高了点，但从长远考虑，一个酒店的发展其根源就在于高品质的服务，让客人住一晚就能深刻记住你的好，这才是正道。总之，服务不到位的酒店我不会再次选择。

房间很紧凑：从床上伸手就能够到窗户，迈一步就到卫生间。酒店很节能：空调不制冷不出风。酒店很新：前台开房、退房的效率不高。位置就不用说了。这个酒店也就是为公务出差服务的。

员工培训没有到位，床品有脏东西，晚上19:00以后通知客户服务员已下班，需要客户自行更换床品，也未提出更换房间服务，投诉到艺龙过后，才解决。
