优点，位置绝对一流。楼下就是地铁站街对面就是天一广场，北边就是三江口！无论是吃喝玩乐，都是非常非常的方便！不足，没有停车场，住了一晚，周边地下停车费得二十五块，没有早餐，房间里电话也是摆设，不通。洗手池水很小，但是洗澡水又很大，不知道是什么原因！
