我们住进去的时候发现空调坏的，要求酒店找人来修理，结果她们来负责修理的女服务员态度极其恶劣，说句坏了目前没人修就走了。后来要求解决问题，她们前台说只有花钱升级房间才可以，其他同类的房间都没有了。后来在本人发火之后，给我们换了一个同价位的房间。

酒店是我第二次入住了。很喜欢那样的风格，，宽敞的房间，舒适的大床，尤其是大大的卫生间，给人很温馨的体验。如果有机会，我还会去住。希望酒店能一如既往的被更多的人关注。

很好,温馨浪漫,环境还不错,隔音不怎么好,外面的声音听得一清二楚,只是早餐简单了点,有点不好,就是房卡没有给我刷,害我多跑了一趟6楼,房间电话坏的,要求换房,结果还是换了,其他的还行.性价比还是不错的.
