旅行社把我的订单忘记下给酒店了，去前台办理入住的时候，被告知没有订单信息。这就比较心烦了，出来玩遇到难得麻烦的事。后来打给艺龙客服，一波三折总算是住进来。因为没有预留多余的大床房，酒店给升级了市景房，这点还是比较满意的，不然端午期间真的没有地方落脚了。总体来说，还是各方面服务还是挺满意的
