位置好，离动车站走路十分钟，楼下就是参加普陀山一日游乘车点。入住送水果不错，只是晚上要求送矿泉水被拒说要收费，这个不合理，因为第二天很早退房来不及等送水，希望人性化一些。

酒店地理位置很好，去天一阁和南塘老街都很方便，卫生干净，可以免费停车，中秋国庆每晚还赠送汤圆，很不错，很舒心。

酒店装修豪华，房间比较大，卫生干净整洁，入住送了欢迎水果和酸奶，晚上还送了西瓜汁，早餐还是和上次一样的送房服务，做的很精致，每样都好吃！房间洗澡特舒服，大的淋浴喷头出水量大，很喜欢这家酒店！

前台服务员很热情很专业，入住退房手续都很快。房间宽敞，特别是淋浴很好，热水来得快，地上不漫水。早餐现在因为疫情所以都是送餐到房间里，口味一般。离宁波站很近，步行5分钟就能到。一楼的秋田家好几年前在宁波工作时就常去，口味有点变了，服务很满意。

这次参加同学的婚礼，下高铁步行约6分钟就到了，酒店干净整洁，一进大堂就闻到浓浓的咖啡味，一边登记入住，一边喝着服务员送过来现磨咖啡，感觉很温馨，特别是早餐，因为疫情关系，这家酒店的早餐都是送房的，品种实在太丰富了，下次有机会还会入住的！

距离火车站较近，有送水果酸奶和甜点，超赞。美中不足的是椅子太旧了，坐在上面，整个屁股都塌下去了，很不舒服。如果将坐椅更换一下就更好了
