简直无语了，前台工作人员告知空调坏了无法使用，打电话过去问，说是会与他们经理沟通，结果一个保安过来说他们上面规定，他们酒店是不开空调的，试问哪个酒店客房是不开空调能住的，而且态度相当差，不推荐不推荐不推荐住此酒店
