这个酒店虽然没有地下车库，地面停车位也很紧张，但，酒店的服务态度很好，服务员的态度和素质都不错。热情而温暖，这个很重要，餐厅的本地宁波菜也很配胃口，delicious food，I like it.

一共住了三天。发生不少小插曲。但在互相的沟通上都解决了。工作人员的服务态度都很热情和谦逊。心情虽然有些受损，但还是要赞一个的。老酒店👍

酒店服务人员都很热情，特别是前台，但管理上还是不够周全，除了停车难，卫生状况也不够理想，住进房间第一天就发现地毯上留着一堆前任客人留下的饼干屑，可见地没有打扫。桌子和洗脸台感觉没有擦拭干净。四星级，不该出现这个问题。住酒店就是要求你干净整洁舒适才对，服务热情还要周到才对。没有地下停车位这是先天不足，但可以管理，优先满足住店客人的停车要求，而不是挡之门外。而卫生是酒店最需要重视的弱项服务，装修材质都是防脏色系，看上去富丽堂皇，实质上却不干净，希望下回再入住能够更满意。

这个酒店地段挺好但位置不好，开车去的朋友要注意入口非常难找，进口在福明路上出口在百丈路，导航是要套一个大圈才能进，百丈路那个口不让进。并且是没有地下停车库的，地面停车也是很难停车，我去时正好晚餐高峰，满位，安保不让进，说没位置了，只好冒雪下车进去和前台沟通，正好大堂经理在，才得以顺利解决停车问题。
