房价涨了，还不包括早餐，房价设施越来越旧了，吹风机一会儿好一会儿坏，最重要的是看见烧水壶旁边有死蟑螂，卫生间里的一次性用品不齐，浴帽和棉签都打开着，床上被子看着还干净，很多次入住了，这次感觉最不好

場所は、保税区の近くなので、保税区での仕事には、最適、日本食レストランも徒歩3分位、ちょっと建物が古いのが難点、ただし価格も安く相殺できるレベル
