酒店环境不错，设施比较齐全，各种健身器材，还有游泳池，棋牌室等等。定的商务双床房，那个床够大，一大一小两个人睡一张床绰绰有余，适合一家三口住。早餐略微简单，品种不够丰富，毕竟是好早餐的。地理位置一般，周边配套相对欠缺，但是去东钱湖玩距离尚可，总体感觉不错，值得推荐！

订了豪华大床，到了说房间还在打扫，其实明明有其他房间故意不给，足足等了15分钟，说打扫好了，到了房间里发现烟味浓厚，浴袍，浴巾似乎都没有更换，还有一点潮湿的感觉，枕头上都还有一股气味，不敢相信这是一个星级酒店的卫生！于是打电话要求换房，楞说没有豪华大床了，要换只有豪华标间，那就豪华标间吧，结果房间里地毯很脏，墙纸脱落，洗浴龙头也是坏的，毛巾杆是歪的，真是无语，小孩早餐券48一张，结果没几样东西，还无比难吃，退房回家了，到门口还硬要收取10元停车费，住了这么多酒店第一遭碰到。最不满意的一次住宿。
