住了好多次的酒店。这次房间面对KTV，入住时没有提醒，12点还无法入睡，要求换房 服务员用这么便宜的价格只能订这种房间（听着KTV无法入睡）的态度，以施舍的说法给我们换了4楼还是对着KTV的房间，我真心谢谢这两个毫无服务态度，以教育人的口吻服务客户的男客服。

酒店服务非常到位 前台李梦迪 张宇豪 还有一个明星名字 想不起来了 住了二天 元宵节出差还想吃不到汤圆了 没想到服务员就免费送来了热腾腾的汤圆 心里还是比较暖心的 现在的酒店能做好的真不多 但是这家每次出差都是必选 强烈推荐

事先联系酒店要了一个比较安静的房间，到店发现房间确实很安静，不临街，窗户外面有足球场和跑道。服务员态度超级无敌好，离店的时候手机落在房间里了，服务员冲出去叫住我并把手机还给我，就冲这一点，必须五星！
