服务态度特别差前台服务一点笑容也没有，一点礼貌都没有板着脸每次开房像欠她钱一样，退个房太慢了，都跟她说快点快迟到了她还更慢，我第一个退，结果后面来好几个人她先帮别人都弄好了我还在这等，反而更慢，没个先来后到，不是离这近真心不想来，还是老顾客呢！都不知道在这开多少次房了……

宁波北仑初次出差，在网上无意间发现此酒店，预定后入住发现酒店附近还是很安静的，而且也很方便就在银泰城附近，房间内设施齐全，很干净，床品整洁无污物，卫生间淋浴房很大，比较适合小情侣入住，一个人商务出差特惠房足矣.注意了一个小细节，居然有直连USB插口，房间内还备有充电线，很贴心，就是这里的停车地下车库比较脏，但是是免费的还是不错的！给个赞！希望酒店可以把地下车库打扫下！
