给酒店提出几点意见，有则改之 无则加勉；
(1) 特价房只能住在一楼有点不讨喜，建议灵活一些开放高一些楼层，如果有的话；
(2) 一楼房间走到底有个边门居然可以直接走出宾馆，就是说如果有人从一楼边门进来前台是不知道的，这是个很严重的安全隐患，而且边门还被人刻意把锁打开，无法上锁；
(3) 一般国内酒店离店时间可以延长到下午2:00，不知道为什么这家酒店只能延长到12:30，建议改进一下；
(4) 房间床边的台几上的插座拿起来的时候有水滴下来，可能是服务人员没有擦干净，建议加强管理。

总体来说性价比是很高的了。家庭套房是两个房间的，中间用移门隔开互不影响。两个卫生间，其中一个可以洗澡。还有28元的自助早餐不错，可以试试。缺点就是卫生间下水道泛臭气，建议整修一下。还有就是住客素质有待提高，室内吸烟把烟头乱扔，地毯都烫坏了，建议酒店加强吸烟管理，这边禁毒很醒目，禁烟可以学学上海。
