房间不错，很大，很舒适，像个单身公寓。我很喜欢，就是热水器的热水太少了，一会就成冷水了。

很不错，这事我第一次到宁波的一大收获，住的是大床房，其实是一间单身公寓，呵呵，很喜欢他的阳台，夜景很好。就是房间太大了。有点冷。

地段不错，离万达广场很近，步行１０分钟就好．早餐１０块钱很超值．但是这么好的房间，空调声音吵的人没办法睡觉．浴室水太小了．头都不敢洗
