我们定的是四间大床房，给我们了升级。整个环境优雅，书香味浓厚。服务态度真是超级好，看到小朋友，每人送了拖鞋和儿童牙刷牙膏，进出给酸梅汤，矿泉水，退房还有小礼物送。顾客至上，宾至如归，每个小哥哥小姐姐都很出色。早餐性价比超级高，下次来，还是这里？

交通 机场坐的出租车到酒店，晚高峰7点左右，不塞车50元。退房去宁波汽车南站叫的滴滴11元。
服务 前台接待很热情，有主动倒水，没量体温没问要健康码，疫情还没结束不能松懈哦
预订时就因为是新装修所以选这家分店的，走廊和房间还有新装的味道，能接受不算厉害。房间很安静，一觉睡到天亮很舒服，浴室水压非常大，热水来的也很快，对房间非常满意的。酒店非常贴心，刚好下雨问前台借雨伞，前台小姐姐直接说送了。晚饭回酒店发现居然有免费夜宵，虽然是普通的粥和小菜，但是感觉好暖心啊！房间的冰柜饮料也说全部免费的。来宁波也很多次了，住这么多次酒店第一次体验这样的服务！棒棒哒！
