实在太糟糕的一次入住，先是明明已经付款到酒店却说没房间了等了好久才入住了也没一句道歉，房间的卫生也是够呛，毛巾老旧，牙刷掉毛，梳子软到连我一头短发都无法打理，吹风机的风也是醉了，基本的护理包都没有，床上还不知名的黑色颗粒，洗发水洗过的头发干枯得跟鸡窝似的连护发素都没有，老板更是死要钱，酒店自己的停车场还要跟住客要停车费还是进出一次收一次费加上过夜费，哎~一直对各地的开元印象很好，当初订也是冲着“开元”这个品牌，没想到这家会是连快捷连锁都不及，却挂着四星收着不低于其它四星的价格，难道真当消费者是好欺负的吗？
