酒店工作人员的服务有待提高，我排了很久的队才等到我登记开房，结果一个人走过来直接退房，工作人员忙着给他办理了，我不爽了叫工作人员认真点，我这还没办理好你又帮别人办理算怎么回事。她这才又继续帮我办理，结果又有一个人过来办理退房，我无法忍受了说不能排队吗？我这还没办理好呢？这些事情不应该你们酒店管理的吗？
房间设施还不错，但是第二天吃早饭让我又不舒服了，进了餐厅我感觉走进一个大食堂了，一群人围着大圆桌吃饭，这是什么个情况，我住了那么多五星级酒店第一次碰到，而且自助餐品种少的可怜，吃了几口就走人了。
问题又来了，准备上楼退房等电梯等了半个小时，走廊上都是等候的顾客，也没有工作人员来安排，结果到了我住的楼层发现一个电梯竖了一块牌子说在打扫，那打扫工作人员去哪里了，不知道早上高峰时间你告诉我在打扫，人影呢。
大家可以看图片。让我很不爽的一次住店体验，还要吐槽一下什么年代了，一个房间只能连一个wifi，人家名宿都可以免费连几台。开元以后是不会在住了，太垃圾了。
