这是一家将方便留给自己，不便留给客人的酒店。1、酒店客人须用卡到自己所在楼层，订两间房分在不同楼层，家人见面须坐电梯至底楼，极不为便。2。早晨出房门，发现门口被塞不良小卡片，酒店管理极差。3、入住已经信用卡授权，店方工作失误未及时处理。之后猛打客人电话，不断麻烦客人。严重影响开元品牌形象
