豪华标间差异很大，我住的20多平方，朋友住的有40多平方。同样的价位标准，面积差异如此大，第一次遇见。不过酒店还是妥善处理了，给我们换了一间有阳台的房间，还免去一个孩子的早餐。总体满意！

东钱湖相当于杭州西湖的四倍，被郭沫若先生誉为“西湖风光，太湖气魄”。住在东钱湖湖畔最大的好处就是，可以尽情的感受她的风光：清晨走在栈道上感受她的烟波浩渺、恬静美好；午后乘快艇感受她的碧水清澈、群山环抱；登临小普陀感受她的绿树簇拥、岸线曲折；傍晚沿湖边散步感受她喧嚣退却后的静谧。

地理位置好，出门左拐就是环湖路，山水美景尽在眼底，向阳渔港就在一侧。房价国庆高，平日去性价比就高了。房间大，设施好。中秋节还特意送两只月饼。人性化服务好评好评。早餐丰盛，以后去还会住这里。

到酒店时，依引导人员要求至5号楼停车场进入时，一定要先收10元停车费。办理入住时在前台投诉和要求退费时，告知要用入住房卡自己找收停车费人员退费。
