  酒店环境超级棒，一步一景，鸟语花香，适合度假，无边泳池正对东钱湖，美景尽收眼底，酒店服务也是很不错的，房间私密性很好，卫生间很大，浴缸超级大，视野开阔，可以一边泡澡一边欣赏美景，房间的窗帘是电动的，分遮光和遮阳两种，很贴心，早餐很美味，而且质量很好，符合柏悦的品质。钱湖鱼港需要提前预定，朋鱼太鲜嫩了，一定要点，烤菜也和上海的不一样，美味，汤团皮糯，陷心不甜刚刚好，黄鱼面里的黄鱼一根刺都木有，汤头鲜美。

  尽管开业九年了，但仍能秒杀所有我住过的酒店，包括悦榕庄。地理环境得天独厚，直接靠湖背山，可以讲是绝版；人文底蕴深厚，有戴氏宗祠等四处古迹；整个酒店就是一个公园，既有步步是景的精巧，更体现了大山大湖的气魄；酒店内部也相当气派，管理也到位，看上去还是很新的酒店，早餐很丰富，湖景餐厅无敌，免费停车场肯定有啊。

  柏悦酒店算是凯悦集团酒店当中的高端品牌，苏州杭州广州的都住过了，这次入住宁波柏悦酒店，位置很好在东钱湖景区内，柏悦入驻东钱湖9年了，可谓是最早一批的酒店，为景区填上了一笔，酒店老了点但是景色和维护都不错，早餐也很有当地特色，下午茶也是紧跟潮流趋势，但是员工的服务真的是有点说不过去，希望及时改进！
