以前和老婆来过一次，印象很好，一直想再来，主要有了孩子，酒店离天一远，就一直没有来，昨晚想带孩子过来大浴缸泡澡，结果第一间观止房间空调不行，一点都不暖和，洗不了澡，和客户说了，工作人员来了2次都没解决，酒店立马给换了观星套间，进去一看空调可以了，但是房间不如观止，浴缸放了水，水居然很黄很脏，浴缸底都是沙，脏东西，房间地上都是头发，感觉都没有打扫，又换了观星的，空调也是没用，浴缸的水还是很黄很脏，底下都是沙土，折腾到11点半，有小孩子在没办法，睡醒都有点感冒，太失望了！！！花了五星级酒店的钱住了旅店
