网上定价388元，到店就被服务员按448元收费，虽然后来自己发现问题去找，多收的60元给退了，但是酒店服务员都没有表示什么，第二天续订的房间条件差还涨到498元，心里很不舒服，如果不是冲着温泉，以后都不会推荐朋友去！素质差，尤其是前台2个值班的小个子男生！
