酒店位于闹市区，白天没什么人，晚上周边十分热闹，楼下的饭店、排档人十分多，一直要持续到12点多。酒店停车方便且免费。前台在1层，7层是餐厅，8、9、10层是客房。和其他楼层没有隔离，电梯也不需刷卡。房间一般，房间中间有根柱子，很是不便，到酒店很累了，没有找前台换。应该不是每个房间都是这样，但是给顾客这样的房间应该要提醒一下的吧。

酒店位置绝佳，位于余姚江甬江奉化江三江交汇处，名副其实的三江口酒店，步行两分钟就到老外滩，吃喝玩乐都非常方便，酒店房间不但江景无敌景观非常好，晚上对岸的灯光秀也美仑美奂，房间隔音不错，服务人员也很热情，总之是一次非常愉快的入住体验，下次来宁波还会选择这里。
