酒店地点很好，汽车南站就在旁边，附近有很多吃的，但酒店管理层不很严格执行酒店常矩，酒店大堂随放严禁吸烟告示牌，但还供应烟灰盒，很多客人都在大堂及餐厅抽烟，使得其他客人都吸二手烟，太不健康了。

酒店地点是不错，房间也一般，就是早餐有点差，没什么好吃的，餐厅的服务员态度也很差，我们住两天，第三天退房那天早上，由于我们得赶时间去福州坐动车，我们前一天要求提早15分钟吃早餐，但是酒店不肯，那也没关系，我们只好在餐厅门口等餐厅一开门就进去，到了6点50分，门是开了，我们就进入问服务员可以不可以吃，但服务员不理不睬，我们只好退出来，等到时间到了再进去。不让我们提早吃是没错，但你门开了，又不理不睬，是不应该的。我们希望酒店管理层会提高服务员的服务质量。
