环境卫生都不错，但服务员素质有待提高，本来入住一天的，临时有事只住了几小时就退房了，结果服务员在查房的时候发生了一些意外，说是消费了房间里的物品，导致时间耽误了，最后确认是客服服务员的工作过失后，也没有进行道歉，导致心情不美丽了。
