服务不好，建议宾馆核实情况，解雇当天的总台服务人员。携程网预定2间一天房间，预授权是2天费用，怕第二天没有办完事不走，如果再住再续一天。第二天朋友退房再办理入住不给办理，携程网的价格比现付贵几十的。宾馆现付价格是128元，我们公司和宾馆的协议价是120元。明摆着总台坑人。招呼朋友，宾馆这样态度让人不爽。

价位还是稍高，这设施和价位不符，网友建议到店现付，豪华标准间价格是128元。服务人员很烦人，我从携程网定了2间给朋友住，刷卡预授权2间2天房费，告诉服务人员第二天是住了再续，第二天退房是都不给退，让我给携程网打电话。弄了好久朋友给退了，再续一天，以宾馆优惠价办理。招呼朋友这样做让人不爽。后来才知道我们公司和宾馆有协议，价格是120元一天。
