酒店硬件可以，软件很差。1、服务跟不上，从业人员素质达不到该酒店星级水准，很生硬，基本面无表情。2、很吵。傍晚开始楼下广场卡拉OK和闹哄哄音乐可以持续到22:00，早上6:00开始酒店垂直楼下广场舞噪音巨大让人无法入眠（附图）

开始出了点问题，但是酒店方面很快地给解决掉了，服务算不错的。不足之处是早餐比较贵，周边的餐饮业又很发达，相比之下感觉早餐的性价比就不高了。

各方面服务都很好，但是房间有跳蚤！害得我和小孩子被咬的很多红点点，很痒，太让人郁闷了，换了个房间，但是被咬的很糟糕

宁德的万达嘉华其他方面还可以，就是调价很随意。到前台咨询前一个价，咨询后确定网上下单，几分钟内网上马上刷屏加价100多。若一个企业为百元小利，可不顾节操，抛弃信誉，会走向哪里值得思考？
