艺龙搞个大乌龙，宣传有误，网上当时订单是有窗的房间，结果窗户如图，没有汽车天窗大，而且打不开，入住后没有打扫房间，打电话催了两次，一个小时后开始打扫房间，入住第二天也没有打扫房间，不太好的体验，老酒店，没窗户的房间体验非常差，服务一般，艺龙投诉后已经更换订房图片

根本没入住，网上刚提交，接了个电话临时有事，不住了，要求退房，结果一分也没退，付了取款，也难怪他们不肯退，根本没什么人住，冷清的很，难得去了一个房客肯定不肯放过
